What of the horrors in our laps quick folding
             sitting upon a river's beak?
What had they told us with breaths but scolding?
             Only that the antidote had leaked.

OH NO! Poisons to make the world better.

Nothing the noose hadn't warned against carving
                                  our morals in a bold hot sweater.

But ever could we be wetter?
                          Better still towards the sea.

Affluent bargains with trickery to get her
                          and throw her off the cliff to be free.
